What I am interested in is the article about the repairs of 1d red SG43/44 Plate 88 written about by Dr Wiggins please and a scan or copy of these would be brilliant!

I have the first and last of the numbers you are loking for and would be happy to make you a copy of the article(s). Let me know if you want me to do this (i.e., did anyone else already offer?). I think I can get the Mar 75 article from the American Philatelic Research Library. Let me know re this as well.

I have the issues you are interested in, I also have both the Penny Red covers discussed in the article of September 1975 as well as the original letter and reply from Robert Wiggins. If you want scans of any of the material then let me know.
