A recent discovery from the Downey Booklet issues is that of 332 N9/2 Bright Scarlet W/mk Crown Inverted showing Frame break under EN of PENNY Row 2 stamp 1 or 2 ?.
Could be constant?. Can any member verify this Flaw?.

Hi Steve, better late than never, eh! ;)

I have had a look at all of my N9's and haven't been able to find another one like the stamps you have shown. I'll keep my eyes peeled though! I do have a few N8's showing a similar flaw in various locations under 'ONE PENNY'. When I scan the group of them I'll be sure to post them here on the GBPS boards!

Have a Good One,

Skilo
