dear friends
I was talking to a new friend from the FGGB at the weekend when we had our AGM of the GB and CW PS. This topic came up and I remebered reading recently about it, the why and wherefore etc. Unfortunately I could not find the article at home and was hoping someone could give me some enlightenment on the subject maybe also with links to appropriate literature.

there were articles in GSM 05/94 and 02/95 which were mailed to me by GSM. I was most impressed by the service! My friend has now been satisfied completely
