Wilding Perforations

Amongst a recently acquired auction lot of Tudor watermark Wildings overprinted for use in Kuwait were two similar blocks of the 6d stamp with perforated top and right margins, a combination that is not listed in S.G. Vol 3. In addition there is a Guide Hole between columns 6 and 7 in the top margin. Can anyone throw some light on this for me please.
