Great Britain Philatelic Society

I was just wondering whether there is a list anywhere with the dates individual towns were first regularly issued with phosphor rather than ordinary stamps. I presume that from then on ordinary stamps were no longer available from these.

Actually I realised I probably have and have found the article by A.J.Barnes in Stamp Collecting September 14th. 1967. That is exactly what I was looking for!
