Parcel Post Rate to Vienna in 1933

Can anybody help me with the illustrated item? It was sent to me from a fellow collector from Austria who would like to know the weight of the parcel that was sent. As you can see (hopefully) the parcel was sent on 2nd March 1933 from Paisley to Vienna and paid for with a five shilling Seahorse-stamps and a 9d. George V. I guess it was sent by surface mail as there is no indication of an airmail transport whatsoever.
Can anybody help?

Thanks in advance

Theo

As it happens, I have a 1933 PO Guide! This turns out to be a highest weight step parcel at 5s 9d -- parcels were sent via Belgium and Germany daily, and the rates were:

Up to 2lb weight -- 2s 6d
2lb to 7lb -- 3s 3d
7lb to 11lb -- 3s 9d
11lb to 22lb -- 5s 9d

There was an airmail service, but that was listed in a separate leaflet. The exact weight would presumably have been on the customs label.

The senders were once the biggest manufacturers of Harris Tweed in the world, so doubtless that was what the parcel contained.
