 Post subject: London Receiver's Mark - unframed JH ??

The part-entire below is from Edward Clarke, MP for Taunton from March 1690 to October 1710. It has his Frank and is to his steward John Spreat at his estate near Taunton.

Below Edward Clarke's signature I think there is an unframed "JH" handstamp. Could this be a London Receiver's mark (eg. James Haye, 1690-1697-, John Harding, -1708-1722) ? Is this a known handstamp or am I barking up the wrong tree ??
