 Post subject: MULREADY CARICATURES OF 1890

Having just started the Mulready experience I am finding some lack of information on the caricature's of 1890, those contemporary to 1840 I fully understand but why the reprint - enlightenment please!

1890 saw the jubilee of the Uniform Penny Post and the sale of a postal stationery item with a throwback to the Mulready.

I have always assumed that was the reason for caricature reprints in 1890.
