Hi Scillymoos, I am not a Queen Elizabeth specialist but i have found some information about this set of stamps . Your stamp is part of a set of four values all issued on 17 June 1986, the other values being the 22 Pence, 31 Pence, and 34 Pence. They were issued as a first day cover and as a presentation pack , the Medieval cachet on your example is not the official one used on the this day. They are illustrated in the Great Britain Concise Stamp Catalogue 1990 as two very different designs , one showing an open book and the other medieval script. It appears that your cachet is unofficial, so it could be considered a curiosity. The official first day cover was priced at £4 in this edition. Hope this is of some help.
