Evening All,
Has anybody seen this before? I'm sure it has no philatelic significance, and is possibly (probably?) the work of idle hands.
I came across it in a "bag of bits and pieces to look at one day", and remembered that somewhere else is a full control block with the same full stamp running down the margin.
It occurs to me that it might exist for a reason....
