Help HA3 NVI barcode booklet with possilbe flaw R1,C2

Hi all,
Just going through a group of NVI booklet when I noticed the following image (.jpg) scanned at 600 d.p.i.
The Sg 1515 at R1,C2 shows a small white dot on the Queens cheek with middle of the ear.
Question is this is this known? I will lend this item to the society for further inspection if required.
