Calumfred again

Does anyone or can anyone guide me to information on the development of the tadpole flaw and it's recognised stages on the 2d wilding definitive. I have looked extensively within the GBPS and elsewhere on the internet but cannot find what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm Thick.

There is an article on the tadpole flaw in the 1958 GBJ by J W Stevens to be found in volume 1 no. 7 pages 84/5 that may be of interest for you.
