Hi - can anyone suggest the reference for the formation of booklet sheets and how they were divided to create the individual booklets - many thanks Mike

Mike, there is no single reference to booklet preparation and make up but all the components are well known. Obviously, this differs depending on which booklets you want to look at - stitched up to 1975, with panes of 2, 4, 6 or 15 then folder books etc from then on.
