Elizabethan Stamp Book Advertising Rates

On a trip to London last year I acquired a folded card containing advertising rates for stamp books. I have been trying unsuccessfully to date it, and the closest I can get is 1957 - 1965. The back of the card is plain. Any ideas anybody?

As you have noticed, this is for books with 3d stamps. I have rate card (6) which I believe was the first rate card for books with 3d stamps so rates at beginning 1958. Based on the reorganisation of your rates and the numbers of books quoted as printed (which are always indicative - see catalogue), I would say you card (7) is about 1960-1962.
