Philatelic Congress of Great Britain

I am a very keen collector of all types of material from the PCGB but some item are proving virtually impossible to obtain. Among those I am looking for are the triangular issues for the 1912 Congress - the ones with coloured centres and black surrounds. Can anyone help?
