In memoriam to Frank L Walton RDP FRPSL

It is with regret that I have recently learned of the passing of Frank L Walton RDP FRPSL and my sympathy goes to his wife, relatives and friends with many of his colleagues being philatelists the world over.

Frank Leslie Walton (Born 1955. Died 1st April 2022)[1] was a British philatelist and a former president of the Royal Philatelic Society London.[2] He was formerly editor of The London Philatelist. Walton was a specialist in the philately of Sierra Leone. He was a signatory to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists.[1]
