ALL Deputy-Postmasters, and others whom it may concern are to take notice, That for the better securing the correspondence by Letter in England and Ireland, several persons are appointed from the Generall Letter-Office, to go through each respective Road, to examine the failers, and settle the Stages and Pacquet-Boats for the ease of the Nations, this day beginning with Chester-Road.

And by reason there is complaint that Letters have mis-carryed before they come to the Generall-Office, it is desired that all paid Letters may be either given in to the Office, or to the persons only that have given Security, and Oath for the safe delivering them to the Letter-Office, who do all days attend the receipt, viz. George Eales against the Inner Temple Gate, William Place Stationer at Grayes-Inn-gate, John Place at Furnivalls-Inn Stationer, Josiah Robinson Stationer at Lincolns-Inn-Gate, Mrs. Warwick at the end of the Pall-Mall, Humphry Greensel Grocer neer the Abbie Westminster, Widow Leason in Russel Street Covent Garden, Thomas Lath at Hosier-lane-end in Smithfield Broker.
