Whereas all Letters going and coming by Post to and from the General Letter Office in London to the Towns of Chesterfield in the County of Derby, and to Sheffield in the County of York, have hitherto been sent by way of Northampton and Derby; and the Letters to and from the said Letter-Office to Mansfield and Nottingham by way of Tuxford and Newark: These are to Notifie, That all Letters directed to the places aforesaid, and parts adjacent, will, for the future, be sent through to Sheffield by way of Kettering in the County of Northampton, and Melton-Mowbray in the County of Leicester, as well upwards as downwards, three times in every week, to and from the said Letter-Office, on the usual Post-days, without any other Charge to the Persons, to whom such Letters shall be directed, but the due Postage only: And in order thereunto, the Post will begin to go this Road on Thursday the 26th of this instant March, and will in like manner return accordingly.
