Austrian Netherlands, Flanders. Mail will go every Monday and Friday beginning January 9th

Publick Notice is hereby given, That the Correspondence, by Letters, between these Kingdoms and the Austrian Netherlands, is now opened by the Way of Ostend, and that the first Mail for Flanders will be forwarded from this Office upon Monday the 9th Day of the next Month of January, and will continue for the future to go out from hence upon the Monday and Friday of every Week, as usual, heretofore in former Times of Peace.
