Members of Parliament. Letters and packets to pass free starting March 31st

His Majesty's Postmaster General think it necessary to give this Public Notice to the Members of both Houses of Parliament, that their Letters and Packets will, on Thursday the 31st Instant, begin to pass free as usual, being within Forty Days before the Summons of the new Parliament.
