Members of Parliament can send their letters free starting October 20th

HIS Majesty's Post-master General thinks it proper to give this Public Notice to the Members of both Houses of Parliament, That their Letters and Packets will, on Thursday the 20th Instant, begin to pass free as usual, being Forty Days before the Summons of the new Parliament.
