IT having been resolved to make a further Trial of the new Mode of conveying His Majesty's Mails on your Road according to a Plan proposed by Mr. Palmer, and approved of by Government, you are hereby directed to comply with all such Orders as you may receive from him, or any Persons he may authorize as his Agents in the Establishment of the same, and you are in all Cases to promote the Success of his Plan according to his Instructions, and to render it as beneficial to the Public as may be in your Power.
