Mail robbery. Mail robbed on Methwold Warren near Brendon

THE Post-Boy bringing the Mail of Letters from Lynn of the 8th Instant for London, and also the Letters from Lynn for the North, was stopped between Seven and Eight o'Clock last Night by One or more Persons on Methwold Warren near Brandon, who knocked the Boy from his Seat, and drove the Horse and Cart away with the Mail.

Whoever shall apprehend and convict, or cause to be apprehended and convicted, the Person or Persons who committed the said Robbery, will be entitled to a Reward of TWO HUNDRED POUNDS; or if any Person, whether an Accomplice in the Robbery or knowing thereof, shall make discovery whereby one or more of the Persons concerned therein may be apprehended and brought to Justice, such Discoverer will, upon Conviction of the Party or Parties, be entitled to the same Reward, and will also receive His Majesty's most gracious Pardon.
