Members of Parliament. Mail can now pass free

HIS Majesty's Postmaster-General think it proper to give this Public Notice to the Members of both Houses of Parliament, That their Letters and Packets will, on Thursday the 1st Day of July, begin to pass free as usual, being Forty Days before the Summons of the new Parliament.
