IN order to accelerate the dispatch of the London and Cross Road Mails, the public are hereby respectfully acquainted, that no LETTERS will be received at this Office after Nine o'clock in the evening, without the payment of Three-pence each letter, instead of One Penny, as heretofore; that at a quarter past Nine o'Clock, Six-pence each letter will be required; and that at twenty minutes past Nine, no letters will be received on any account whatever.
