IT having been reported to me, that great Inconvenience has arisen to the Conductors of the Money-Order Concern, from the Inattention of many of the Deputies to the Instructions issued from that Office, I am commanded by their Lordships the Postmaster-General to require the most particular Attention to those Directions hereafter, as the Plan is sanctioned by the Postmaster-General, upon a Conviction of its Public Utility.
