Yes, the Leeds 447 1844C dated SEPT1845 in Parmenter (Vol. 6, p. 152) looks correct, and consistent with a Plate 61 stamp (put to press in Aug. 1845), which is what I believe your stamp is.

Hi Alexios, Oxley's British Postal Rates to Europe 1836–1876 (p. 84) states for 1 January 1866 to Greece: 'Packet of printed papers other than newspapers 5d. not exceeding 4ozs.'.

Since 1 January 1863 it had been 4d not exceeding 4 oz for 'prepaid packet of other printed papers'.

W and J (2nd edn) record two Thwaite stamps. The first (presumably yours) is not given any dates, but the second (a mileage mark) is 1819-44.
