You are right, It has been sent as an invoice and the second time as a receipt for payment. But how did this work? Was the invoice sent back to Birkenhead in an other envelope together with the payment (cheque, postal order, cash)??

I got this letter and also a few similar.
Does anyone know why this is 2 times sent to the same address?
