Line engraved plate 69 town cancel

Have tried to identify this town cancel on this is SG8 but am unable to do so.
It ends in FORD in capitals, has any member come across a similiar cancel and can identify
the town/city

A more experienced person familiar with these may help, but as you know there's not much to go on. I thought I might see something ' simple ' searching England and Wales Post Office Numerals, but got returned "Ford" is found on 347 pages! Sorry....

Hi Phil,

It could be Harbertonford in Devon as that is a known UDC on 1d reds, albeit with another cancellation. Here is another; plate 71, I believe.
