Plate 77 any thoughts? Can it be?

Try checking it against the letter positions for other plates on the registration sheets:

Position QL should be there (i.e. not removed to be presented to some bigwig) on all of them.

After checking against the reg sheets.
plate 72 seems to be a match, but would like to compare it to plate 77.

Unfortunately there isn't a registration sheet for plate 77 because it wasn't approved for production use -- if there was it would make things a lot easier.

Before i knew it was 2, it looked like a 7 and did not see the base line of the 2 but now i know its a 2 you can see it.
