He's not a GBPS member as far as I can see. Is this a recent GSM?

Thanks for looking - it was a rather hopeful enquiry. He wrote a really interesting article in 1993 and mentioned a group of other researchers of the Liberation issue as well as mentioning he was going to publish a full list of all the flaws discovered. I may go back to SGM and ask there as I want to include his findings in my own publication - many thanks Mike
