I think this stamp (FA) is from plate 119 first printed 20 May 1851 so the London District postmark 75 for Edmonton which came into use in 1844 is fairly late use.
Your other stamp (PD) you got marked as unplated is from plate 98.

I have recently purchased, what can only be a reprint of a SG DP4, but cannot find any reference to any reprints.
Can anyone guide me to anything that can help please.

I make RA to be plate 149 and would agree with Petrod on OE as plate 91
The E on 91 is very blured.
the mark on 149 is just an ink stain not normal on this plate. In my opinion.

I have in my collection a imperf penny red from plate 85 lettered I J with a double watermark (small crown) just spotted another on sale on e bay lettered E B plate 85
Cannot find anything in Gibbons on plate 85.

To me this is an early copy, state 3 would be cancelled in black as printing did not start from 3ed repair until 22nd of Jan 2 weeks after they changed to black cancels. Also the letters would be weaker in the third repair in my opinion of cause. Had to go out, so did not have time to plate these 3 ...

under gibbons book for sg17/18 (C1k) it states imperfs known of plates 200 and 203 but i have not found any for 199.
Only thing that comes to mind is has someone used a imprimatur from the original sheet on a letter, possible i suppose.

I have had exactly the same problem myself, so much so that i have had to re-plate every line engraved stamp in my collection.

looking at stamp BE the B is very high and fits plates 62 and 68. But looking at the stamps around it it seems to fit with plate 68 best hope this helps.

I have just plated this stamp and it has two small crown watermarks is this normal on this stamp.
one slightly high right and one slightly low central.
