Tim, I imagine you have seen the examples that Ray Simpson & Karl Louis showed to the society in 2022 and perhaps have their book.
However I regret I have none - that Gold Standard is surprisingly difficult to find, with Karl in their presentation saying that less than 20 had been recorded.
