D30 Hiogo, Japan Cancel Forgeries?

I'm well aware that the D30 3HOS cancel is listed everywhere as only being used on Hong Kong stamps for Hiogo, Japan, with very few usages. Nevertheless, I've come across two similar D30 markings buried in separate large batches of GB penny red plates (these specifically appear plates 76 and 109). Authentic Hiogo D30s have an angular 3 so if these are forgeries, did the forger not only bother to not use the correct country's stamp but not bother to imitate the original cancel, or is there some other usage I'm not finding? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

The Hyogo obliterator was a 3 bar horizontal oval.
The illustrated stamps have a 4 bar vertical oval D30 which was used in London for bulky and printed matter, (according to Parmenter).

Thank you Mike, I had completely forgotten about the Inland Branch D's. Very much appreciated and that answers my other question about a mysterious D35.
